Sarasota Florida , North Jefferson and Fruitville area . 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa bungalow condo. No stairs. Parking right in front of the house. Quiet development of about 50 units.
We have owned for 12 years and use the house a few times a year and rent only to Canadian snow birds.
Clean, comfortable unit, tastefully decorated.
Has screened linai, and small deck outside for BBQing .
Unit is close to the heated pool also.
Very close to the downtown area to bike or walk.
5 min drive to the Marina and bay front park. 10-15 minutes to St Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach .
Includes:
Air conditioning, heat, internet, tv, cable, washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, fridge and stove.
2 month’s minimum (available Dec, Jan, Feb)
Management does Background check, credit check etc. approx $200 usd application and fees
