The Space:

Welcome to Casa del Avion + Casa Coop, a newly constructed retreat designed for both relaxation and excitement. This remarkable Hangar is built with an open-concept layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living room, and entertainment area, making it an ideal choice for gatherings with family and friends.



Casa Coop is adjacent to Casa del Avion and is a fun space that sleeps an additional 6 people with a Queen over Queen bunk bed and queen sleeper sofa and shares a bathroom with Casa del Avion. Casa Coop would be the perfect hangout for the kids or even big kids in the group.





The Casa del Avion living room is a dynamic space that brings together leisure and amusement. A pool table and foosball table take center stage, promising hours of friendly competition and shared laughter. Sink into the plush couches, which offer both comfort and a front-row seat to the action. Whether you're engaging in a game or simply unwinding, this space offers something for everyone.



The modern and spacious kitchen is a chef's dream come true. Equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances, it's ready to handle anything from simple meals to elaborate feasts. The kitchen's convenient bar seating invites casual conversations and adds to the vibrant atmosphere of the room.



Moving into the sleeping quarters, you'll find three thoughtfully designed bedrooms to ensure a restful night's sleep. Bedroom one features a luxurious queen bed, offering comfort and relaxation after a day of adventure. Bedroom two boasts a comfortable queen bed, perfect for unwinding. For those who prefer a more unique sleeping arrangement, bedroom three offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed, ideal for friends or kids.



Casa del Avion provides two well-appointed bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. These bathrooms feature modern fixtures and ample space, making them a welcoming space to refresh and rejuvenate.



Guest Access:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $53 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.



To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

If you have any issues with a property you’re dealing with a third party company (not the property manager). We had several issues getting the door to open. Never had water to the house. Spent hours on the phone. Do not stay here
