This beautiful 4-story custom built Caribbean inspired single family beach house will take your breath away with finest furnishing and amenities. The house is professionally painted and decorated with warm colors and styles yet cool soothing island vibes. New flooring in three bedrooms (2021). The first level welcomes guests through a spacious foyer. On the 2nd floor you'll be greeted by warm colors of the dining and living rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with GE/LG stainless steel French door refrigerator & freezer and other appliances. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, each having its own bathroom and a furnished deck. A spacious laundry room with washer and dryer also on this floor. The master bedroom on the fourth floor with a furnished deck. Master bath has extended size shower & a vanity.

This house has a private 2- car garage with porcelain tile flooring. Each bedroom has flat screen Smart TV mounted onto the wall and remote control. The family room has 56” flat screen Smart TV with cable as well. Entertainment system has a DVD/CD player. Wireless highspeed internet and WiFi available as well.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cooking & eating utensils, coffee maker, griddle, toaster oven, blender & dishwasher.

All toilette seats have soft-close top. Please bring your own linen and paper products. We provide one complimentary roll of toilette paper for each bathroom and a roll of paper towel for the kitchen.

This house is close to the board walk, the bay and convenience stores, shops, restaurants, bar & grill restaurants, all within a 5 minute walk.

There is a $300.00 refundable security deposit. VRBO will put a hold on your credit card First 50% of total is due at booking time , balance is due 45 days from check in date. Reservations made less than 30 days from the arrival date are due in full at the time of signing the contract. We only rent to Families and group of adults over 25 years old.. The property is children friendly, and no pets allowed. NO college or high school groups. All inquiries must provide a cell phone number.

Great place to stay at OCMD!

We had such a great trip at Christina’s place! The house was sooo nice and spacious, and we loved that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location is also great, super close the boardwalk/beach as well as the great restaurants on the bay side. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent home, location, and management!

Everything about this stay was outstanding! The home is spacious, beautiful, well-decorated, and very clean. The location is right next to the top of the boardwalk. It was great to have garage parking during our stay. The amenities (wi-fi, pots and pans, etc) were very helpful. The owner was also very responsive and great to work with!

Nicely appointed beach house in prime location in Ocean City!

Wonderful property and location in the heart of Ocean City; just a block from the south end of the Boardwalk. Lots going on there. House was ideal for the 7 of us (4 adults and 3 kids). We'd come back again in a heartbeat!

Overall we were very pleased with this rental. Excellent location to downtown and very walkable to lots of amenities. Although the master bedroom was a bit musty smelling there was a dehumidifier that removed most of the smell. Would rent this location again.

WHAT A GREAT TIME!!!

Everything was great!! The house was just as pictured in description but even better. Very beautiful decor and furnishings!! We stayed for a week and loved every minute. We are already planning for next year. We will not stay anywhere else. Only regret is not finding this place sooner. Perfect location to everything! Christina will not disappoint!!

Beautiful property and great location

We came to Ocean City for Cruisin' OC week. Even though the weather wasn't the best, we had a great time staying in this rental. The house is beautiful, super clean and very roomy! I had stayed in the master suite at the top floor and you can literally see all of Ocean City from the balcony off of the bedroom! It was walking distance to the Inlet and the boardwalk and many restaurants. Having a 2 car garage was wonderful as we had our classic cars with us that week for the show. Overall we loved it here and would definitely like to return again in the near future!

Close to boardwalk and beach!

We loved how close the house was to the boardwalk, restaurants, and the beach. We didn’t have to move our cars once! Unfortunately, the dryer was broken which was rough when we were hoping to have one (necessary with an infant!). Upon arrival, it appeared that the floors were not cleaned since the previous renter. They were covered in sand and turned socks/bare feet black. We were only able to find a small broom to sweep up before setting baby down. It would have been nice to have access to a vacuum! There was sand in the beds from previous renter as well. One of the days, the power went out on the block and coincidentally the front door smart lock stopped working. Half of our family was stuck inside and half stuck outside with no access initially (no manual way to get in house). We did reach out to owner, but it was a few hours before we had a reply. Thankfully, a neighbor was able to give us instruction on how to get the garage door up with power off so we could access house. The smart lock did not work the remainder of our trip and we had to enter and exit house through the garage. We did enjoy the location and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom.

July 2025 OC Rental 1 Block from Beach

We recently stayed at an OC Rental property and overall had a mixed experience. The house was very clean and in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach—which was a huge plus.However, there were several issues worth noting. Upon arrival, we discovered the refrigerator was not working. We later learned this was a known, ongoing issue. Unfortunately, we lost approximately 500 worth of groceries, which was extremely frustrating. While the owner refunded us for the spoiled food, we had to rely on coolers for the first four days of our stay. Additionally, we had to sacrifice 1/2 of a beach day to stay at the house and accept delivery of the new refrigerator, which was a major inconvenience.Beyond that, while the house advertised 10, the furniture accommodations didn’t comfortably support that number. The kitchen table and living room seating were limited, making it difficult for everyone to gather or eat together.The mattresses also left much to be desired, with several needing replacement. The bed in the "red room" was missing a box spring, and the mattress was flat and uncomfortable.With improvements to both comfort and appliance reliability, this property could be a great beach rental. We appreciated the location and cleanliness but hope to see these concerns addressed for future guests.

Summer Vacation

The house was not cleaned before our arrival. There was stains and hair everywhere. Although the house was nice it was not maintained well. The amount of dust actually made my kids keep coughing. The property manager was responsive but it was very disappointing given the amount we paid.

Great location near the Boardwalk and beach. Garage parking for two cars - Pilot and Outback. Great kitchen for cooking and visiting with family gathered around the bar height counter. Owner was very responsive to questions. Remember to bring your own linens, towels, kitchen towels. The house has three floors. You have to carry your luggage, groceries, etc up steps. We did fine with the steps, but had we brought my 90 year old mother, it would have been a challenge. Everyone had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Nicely decorated single house which does not attach to another unit. Five minutes walk to the beach, the boardwalk, local restaurants, the amusement park, game arcade and convenience store which has almost everything you need for your vacation if you forgot to pack the goods with you. Private two-car garage with ceramic tiles which is rare to find.
