This beautifully designed contemporary home, complete with its own solar system, invites you to relax and enjoy sun-drenched spaces filled with comfort and charm.



Step through the front door and feel instantly at ease as the soft warmth of the gas fireplace welcomes you in. The open-concept layout brings the living room, dining area, and kitchen together in one open, connected space. It’s perfect for sharing meals, enjoying the company of loved ones, or simply stretching out and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere after a day in the desert sun.



Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

The master suite offers a private and calming space with direct access to the yard. It includes a large en-suite bathroom and a walk-in closet. The generously sized fourth bedroom also opens to the outdoors, making it ideal for guests or a home office. Two more bedrooms complete the home, providing plenty of room for family or visitors. The home also features a spacious two-car attached garage, offering plenty of room for parking as well as additional storage for your belongings, gear, or anything else you may need during your stay.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lock box on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.
