Thank you for your feedback. For clarity, the property layout – with bedrooms upstairs and the bathroom downstairs – is clearly outlined in the listing description and reflected in the photos. Many of our guests enjoy the Federation character of the home combined with its modern kitchen and bathroom, as noted in numerous positive reviews. We were surprised by your comments, particularly as the property was left in need of an unusually thorough clean after your stay. While we regret that your experience did not meet your expectations, we are confident the listing and past guest reviews provide an accurate representation of the property.

I’d just like to clarify a couple of points for future guests. Unfortunately, VRBO has recently been sending some guests incorrect automated arrival information. I had sent you the correct check-in details via message prior to your arrival, and I’m glad we were able to resolve the discrepancy with a quick phone call. As your stay coincided with an AFL match at UTAS Stadium, I also provided advance information about the event and the potential for limited street parking before the game. Thankfully, as you mentioned, parking returned to normal once the match had finished. Finally, the heritage staircase is highlighted in the listing description and pre-arrival information, as we want guests to be fully informed before they arrive.
