Inside, open-plan living and dining features a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge area with a wood-burning fireplace and split-system heating and cooling. Tucked away on a quiet, leafy street in Flinders, this stand-alone cabin is both charming and alluring, offering heating and cooling throughout. With secure parking for two cars, the grassy outlook leads you inside to the conveniently designed open-plan living and dining area.
The fully-equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, espresso machine and all the cooking basics needed to whip up something delicious at home. In the lounge area, timber panelling highlights that quintessential beachside aesthetic, while a wood burning fireplace coupled with split-system heating and cooling keeps you cosy year round. There’s Wi-Fi, plenty of books, a TV, toys and board games catering to all your entertainment needs.
If the sun’s shining, simply step out onto the balcony for idyllic alfresco dining. Let the kids run free in the lush backyard and explore the surrounding gardens, roast marshmallows around the fire-pit, or make use of the swing-set for added family-friendly fun. Wash away the sand after a day at the beach in the outdoor shower, surrounded by nature.
Sleeping up to six guests, the primary and second bedrooms feature a plush queen-size beds, while the third bedroom sleep 2 in single beds. All three bedrooms offer plenty of storage to hang your belongings.
The combined bathroom and laundry includes all the essentials, including a retro shower plus a washing machine and dryer to ensure sandy bathers can be cleaned and ready to use the next day.
Please note that firewood packs are available upon request and will incur an additional charge. The trampoline shown in some of the photos is no longer available. During your stay, you and your group will have the entire cabin to yourself. Please make yourself at home!
As a seaside town on the Mornington Peninsula, it doesn’t get much better than Flinders. Less than 500 metres from the closest beach and just a 15-minute walk to Flinders Village. Go for a quick round at Flinders Golf Club before heading over to Mornington Peninsula Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery—a popular spot for those with a bit of a sweet-tooth. If you’re up for a short drive, check out the nearby boutique wineries—Nazaaray Estate Winery is one of the best offering sweeping views, wildlife and superb sunsets.
