right on the water. Great deck for sitting by the lake. The house was very clean and nicely set up. We loved staying there and next time we are in Hot Springs we will surely stay again.

This house is beautiful! Immaculately clean! Very well stocked kitchen! Quiet location! The beds are very comfortable. Two areas of concern: The wooden steps are in desperate need of replacing, there were very rotted boards in the steps to the dock; other area of concern, the clothes dryer did not heat/dry the clothes at all.

The property is exactly what you see online and more! We all plan to come back with our families and use the amazing bunk bedroom with the kiddos!

Family get together

The house was perfect for our family gathering. I would recommend they put in dressers in the bedrooms to put your clothes in. Would definitely stay there again.

“Girls” getaway!

What a great house for our college “girls” (we’re all 70 years old) getaway!! Plenty of space, great views, and the beds were amazingly comfortable! We especially appreciated the ranch style design of the home which meant no navigating any stairs. Morgan was a delight to work with and answered all our questions quickly! We certainly hope to come back to this home for our future stays in Hot Springs.

Great house and location to casino

The house was in a beautiful area and close to the casino. The view of the lake was not the greatest, there was no water in front of the house in February when we were there, but the view wasn't as important as the comfortable beds and all the amenities. Would love to have been able to use the closet or have a place to put our belongings in the bedroom we stayed in. Other than that the house was clean, quiet, we felt safe and would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful lake home

This home on Lake Hamilton is beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. The bedrooms and beds were perfect for our group. We celebrated a friend’s 60th birthday and the home was perfect. The outdoor decks were wonderful and we enjoyed sitting outside with the lake view. Bring your fishing pole. The house is convenient to downtown and Oaklawn race track. All the benefits of being in the action with the peace and quiet of the lake. Would recommend to all. Morgan was very helpful too.

This is a family friendly venue with views of Lake Hamilton. 5-10 minutes to downtown. Host was easy to communicate with, and it is ideal with 3 sets of adults and up to 4 kids in the bunk bedroom.
