Modern with gas BBQ, gas outdoor fire pit, indoor gas fireplace, laundry, full kitchen and high-speed fiber internet. Free parking for up to 5 vehicles.
Lambton Shores STR bylaws must be adhered to to rent this property. No parties allowed.

The space
Modern living for one or two families. Enjoy cottage town with the amenities of a new home. Sleep up to 10 adults (maximum adult number) plus 2 children! Get away and relax! Grand Bend offers everything you need for summer fun!

Other things to note
Local Short Term Rental (STR) Bylaws (2023) must be adhered to:
1) 2 per room plus 2 maximum. Do not exceed guests approved.
2) Zero noise outside the property between the hours of 11 pm and 8 am
3) Park only in the designated spots. No extra cars to be parked on streets.
4) Complaints received and fines given will be the responsibility of the primary renter. This can result in eviction without refund and possible liability.
