Welcome to 900 Ariola Drive, a beautiful beach house sitting gulf-front on Pensacola Beach. With six bedrooms and six bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 20 guests, making it a great spot for families and friends looking to enjoy a laid-back beachfront getaway.

Step outside and soak in the unbeatable views of the Gulf, with direct access to the sugar-white sands just beyond your door. Inside, you’ll find plenty of space to unwind, gather, and make the most of your time at the beach.

The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin-over-twin bunk bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom is furnished with two full-over-queen bunk beds. The fifth bedroom provides a king bed, and the sixth bedroom provides a king bed.

This home is pet-friendly (with pet fee), so your furry friends can join in on the beachside fun!

Great property though could use some updating. Bathrooms, deck, kitchen, etc... you can "tell" it's one of the older properties in the neighborhood, also, as we came in for the Corvette show for the Miracle Strip Corvette Club, getting up and down the driveway was a challenge....way too steep, but not sure what could be done about that...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this home! All the amenities we needed for an amazing week! We especially loved that all bedrooms had a private bathroom. The size of the kitchen and living room with two full size tables was amazing for our family. The view from the living room to the beach was so beautiful! The only things that would make this property even better would be a larger washer, to be able to accommodate larger loads. For this size of a home and people it would be nice to have a larger washer. We also had some issues with cold showers when everyone came in from the beach. The hot water either ran out to quickly or one shower was hot and another wasn't- depending on who started their shower first.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well let's just say all in all it went pretty well. Other than a few issues. I didn't find the house to be clean enough there was sand everywhere. Master shower did not work right. Had a few electrical issues downstairs under the house. I got shocked touching the panel. I can say when I called to get this stuff fixed. They've been really good at responding and taking care of some of the issues. It is my opinion. When you have a wedding venue planned. Somebody should go by and flipped all the switches in check everything in the house. Might take a whole 10 minutes to find something that's wrong. And took hours out of my weekend because somebody didn't check everything. All and all the house is very nice I would stay there again.

Loved it but

Safety wise it is not up to par. Lights on outside stairs didn't work but when jiggled they came on. Dishwasher runs for 3 hours and does not heat dry. Otherwise the weather was good and most of all we were with family

Amazing Weekend!

The house was perfect! Very spacious, perfect location, great floor plan! My husband and I renewed our vows and it was perfect. There was no one on that part of the beach to interrupt the ceremony and under the house was perfect for a reception!

Location was great, but the house was not prepared.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived, there was a man in the house checking to be sure that the house was ready. This was at 4:30 PM, after check-in time. The house was not well cleaned at all, baseboards dirty, return air vents and ceiling fans very dusty, broken furniture on the lower level, window air conditioner in one bedroom not cooling, tub drain broken, outside water faucet inoperable without a pair of pliers, etc., etc., etc.! Layout of the house is excellent, and location is great, but this house was not ready when we arrived, and, when you're paying as much as we were, that stinks!Only after several phone calls and a visit to the office for a conversation with the manager did we get the air conditioner replaced, a full two days after we first reported the problem. Also, there were only one or two rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom, for 23 people for a week! This house was a disappointment.

The layout with number of bedrooms all with distinct baths was excellent for our needs. Living/dining/kitchen area was big enough and stocked and furnished well for the large group. We parked 9 vehicles under cover. A/C and ceiling fans worked great! Management company responded quickly to minor issues and brought us ice daily as the only ice maker was broken. Home needed more wine glasses and better refrigerators with functioning ice makers. We would return to this property.

The house fixtures are slightly outdated, not enough hot water for showers, several sliding door were very difficult to open and close but were able to be looked over. We were very pleased with the house for our wedding, it was beautiful in every way for pictures!!

Perfect For Large Gatherings

With 6 bedrooms and 6 baths this was the perfect choice. I loved being right on the gulf with a huge panoramic view through the living room window. The kitchen was prepared for large numbers of people, with two coffee pots, plenty of silverware, and lots of plates and cups. My one complaint was that there were no coffee filters anywhere, and I arrived in the early evening, too tired to drive into Gulf Breeze to buy some. We all enjoyed the comfortable seating in the spacious living room. It really was perfect.

Reviewer Comments: We love the location, we liked the layout of the house & the furniture was good but the house was dirty & mold everywhere. Most of the air vents had mold on them. The window air condition units had mold all over them too. The large air vent in the kitchen by the washer & dryer covered in dirt & mold. You need to check the vent behind the chest in the master bedroom so much dirt it has to be years since it was cleaned. This is the seventh beach house we've rented and has to be the worst on cleanliness . We rented the 7 bedroom on ariola last year & was pleased with the condition. The house needs a deep cleaning except for cleaning the bathrooms I feel like we left the house as clean as when we got there!
