Sarasota Strand rental

The property was adequate; most of our quagmires were the fault of Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. As far as this particular unit goes, it was as described on appearance. Was comfortable and good location. Issues inside - loud gurgling sound for 1 to 2 minutes 2 to 3 times an hour every hour of every day. Shutters on bedroom and entry lights outside bedroom window made the bedroom brighter at 2 a.m. than it was at 2 p.m. Then not sure who dropped the ball on instructions [owner or rental agency] but no info for: code to enter pool area or recycling bin; tv; front loading washer. We stayed 6 weeks and FINALLY for the last 6 days of our stay, we could enter the parking lot without being told our name was not on the list to enter!!! I contacted Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals 8 times trying to get help. Agents always had reasons/excuses but seldom did they have help/solutions. Would never rent at the location again and would never book through Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals. Supposedly restful 6 week getaway offered lots of stress and frustration.
