The driveway is on a slight incline and blind at the crest. Although there is parking at the house for 2 cars and boat there is no turn around area so vehicles would need to be backed either in or out onto the road entrance.

**Most importantly water conservation is a priority please. All water at the property is tank only, (all filtered), and it is limited. We are expecting a dry summer so please conserve water where you can and be sure to not leave any taps running unnecessarily. Washing of boats and cars unfortunately cannot be permitted - If we need to order water via a truck we can not always get it delivered on the same day, so for your own comfort and for that of future guests we do not want it to run out. We will be aiming for additional tanks but unfortunately not this summer.
