We were scheduled to stay at a time share but due to not being open yet, we had to find something at the last minute. I found Kingston Arms at the last minute. It was wonderful. Location is exactly what we were looking for. The unit itself was beautiful. We could not have asked for anything more perfect. The staff was so great to work with. As we had to extend our stay twice. we will definitly be staying here again!

Great beach condo

Nicely updated beach condo. It was a short walk to shops, restaurants, and beautiful Lido beach. We had easy check in & out. Our family had a great vacation staying here.

Great stay on St Armand’s Key

The condo was nicely decorated with beach theme. It was 3 minute walk to St. Armand’s Key. Also about 5 minute walk to beach.

Sarasota condo rental. Perfect

The apartment is completely refurbished to a high standard after last year's hurricanes, with new furniture and appliances. - it was perfect for our needs. The folks at iTrip were very professional and friendly. You couldn't beat the location at St Armand's Circle. The Lido Key area still has a lot of demolition and construction in progress and some shops and restaurants are still closed, but recovery is well advanced

Armand Circle Stay

This property was a great backdrop for “Girls Getaway” being close to the beach, shopping, and excellent restaurants. It was cute and pretty clean but could use a few updates. Rental price was a little high and non-refundable security deposit was disappointing. We had some struggles during the week…lack of hot water for showers first night, broken toaster, security light that wasn’t working near doorway, and new pass key that wouldn’t work properly but, overall, it was a good week.

Dear Lori, we are very sad to get a 3 star review. The hot water was working fine. Maintenance stopped by and confirmed it was user error. We purchased another toaster and had it dropped off. Sorry for my confusion about a key. Entry is through a coded lock. You also didn't pay a security deposit so there was none to refund. We have had great reviews from past guests. So we are disappointed to get such a low score when most of the issues stated were unsubstantiated. Thank you for staying with us.
