About this property

Located in a quiet court location with no through traffic and set on the rear of the block, this two storey three bedroom two bathroom townhouse, sleeping up to 6 guests, will be a good base for your summer holiday. Living rooms both upstairs and down. Spilt system air conditioner in living area. WFI available. Upstairs living also has a sofa bed and a good option as a children's rumpus area. Outside living area with setting and bbq for entertaining.

No garage access. Available from 29th December 2023 - 31st January 2024 and at other times on request.

Please note that a pre authorization of$500 is required as part of the security measures.
