The tranquil waters of Dunsborough Bay are within walking distance where you can relax on the foreshore and enjoy a swim.

A neat open grassed area out the front leads through to a large space around to the back gardens that is fenced for privacy and handy to keep small kids contained! Beautiful trees and garden provide a peaceful retreat.

Inside the large open plan living area brings a light, breezy and relaxing atmosphere. The fireplace is a centrepiece perfect for a getaway during the cooler winter nights, cosy with a glass of Margaret River red wine. For the summer days the bedrooms have ceiling fans and a number of pedestal fans are also provided. The 3 bedrooms consist of 2 queen rooms and one with 2 bunk beds furnished beautifully with a modern country feel and crisp, fresh linen. A Smart TV and complimentary wifi are available. James St is the perfect family getaway or couples retreat.

These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay
