This two-level 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom standard townhouse boasts ski-in, ski-out access to Lift 1A on Aspen Mountain. The unit overlooks the town of Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain from the north-facing windows. This rental features a gas fireplace in the main living area and a washer/dryer. Please note the gas fireplace can be lit manually or with the provided remote control. Guests will also enjoy air conditioning in the main living area during the summer season.

Each condominium spans two levels and offers stunning views of downtown Aspen, Red Mountain, and Smuggler Mountain. While each unit boasts its own unique decor, many include upgraded kitchens and bathrooms, fireplaces, flatscreen TVs, air conditioning, and washer/dryer amenities.
Guests of Shadow Mountain Condos receive housekeeping, concierge services, and complimentary Aspen Airport transfers. All Frias Properties guests receive complimentary access to local health club facilities. (Passes can be obtained from any Frias Properties front desk during regular business hours).
