Lovely in town “ cottage “ . Exceptionally clean with every thing you might need for an in town setting and cozy experience. Perfect for walks to restaurants and easy access to the highway . I think of this little house as a “life size jewelry box” because it is so clean and organized! We truly enjoyed our stay .

This was a wonderful place to stay! It’s close to all the tourist attractions, and within walking distance of many restaurants. The house was cute, clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially loved eating breakfast on the front porch with a view of the mountains. I’d highly recommend staying here!

We had the BEST stay at this house! Our host, Lori, was amazing and was fantastic with communication. Little extra touches like the board in the kitchen recommending places to eat and things happening in the area that week made us feel so welcome. The house is as described and it was so nice having a beautiful backyard to relax in for us and our dog. It is walking distance to so many wonderful food options. Shuga’s is amazing and it is literally 500 steps away. We would definitely stay here again!

We were very pleased with the rental. Everything was as advertised. The area is quiet but close to a number of restaurants. The house had everything we needed with the kitchen stocked with the kind of sundries one forgets to buy.

Super cute, well maintained cottage with every possible stocked item you could ask for. Enjoyed my cup of coffee each morning on the porch with a beautiful mountain view. The downtown area is very close and has a nice park and all sorts of restaurants/ice cream shops/ entertainment. This was by far the cleanest and well stocked VRBO I have ever stayed in. Lori has definitely thought of everything to make for a comfortable, relaxing stay. This was our first time in Colorado Springs. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much!

The property description was just as described and the location was great as it was within walking distance to quite a few dining establishments. Our stay was during the 4th of July holiday and the neighborhood was still fairly peaceful even during the festivities being held at Weidner Field.

Wonderful Stay

Beautiful home, right near downtown with many activities to do! Lori was extremely helpful and considerate of our stay! Garden of the Gods is just about a ten minute drive away and pikes peak was just over an hour away for the nature lovers! Amazing stay!

Why they chose this property

I bought this property as my primary residence in 2004. Fairly new to Colorado Springs I wanted to be downtown close to all the amenities: shopping, restaurants, recreational activites and cultural events. I enjoyed living here so much that when relocated I thought it would make a great place for visitors to the Springs and put it on VRBO. I frequently get repeat guests and the house is ideal for couples or small families looking for a comfortable, affordable, and convenient place to enjoy their vacation and extended stays.

What makes this property unique

Centrally located only 3 blocks from the Interstate 25. Two blocks from Tejon Street- Colorado Springs main downtown street. Very close to Colorado College, Fine Arts Center, Convention and Visitors Bureau, shops, restaurants, night clubs.
