Notable locations are just two exits away - Enchanted Kingdom / Nuvali / Brent International School (southbound), Alabang / Filinvest / De La Salle Zobel (northbound).

Condo facilities that guests can use are the following: fitness center, pool (with wading area for kids), playground, pavillions, function room, and game room. There are also establishments on the ground floor like a convenience store (7-Eleven), a coffee shop, a bakery, a laundromat, and a restaurant.

Street parking is free of charge, although limited. Nevertheless, you can use two (2) pay parking lots on both sides of the property. You may also opt to park in the Southwoods Mall basement, just across Holland Park - same rate at only PHP 20 for the first 12 hours!

It's an up-and-coming neighborhood south of Metro Manila. Very accessible to the airport and the whole of Greater Manila but still has a laidback vibe to it.
