Please note ... lawn service at RockyTop occurs seasonally, and we check hot tub chemicals frequently, even during your stay, to ensure proper levels. We live locally, so if there is an urgent need, we can be available. A right-to-use/rental agreement will be sent immediately after reserving the house for you to acknowledge.

RockyTop Branson Resort pool is always open, 24 hours a day, with normal use, during the summer season of mid May through early October. Resort Quiet time is from 10:30 pm – 7:30 am daily. No lifeguard is on duty and surveillance cameras are in use.
