The space
A spacious open plan living area, leading to the alfresco deck, complete with BBQ. Relax and unwind while the kids play in the fenced big open outdoor space.
Fully equipped kitchen with serving window out to the alfresco area. Cosy woodfire in the lounge, split system air-conditioner and comfy furnishings. Large dining table to comfortably fit 8 or more people. There is a separate living space down the hall with games cupboard and sitting area. Modern laundry, complete with front load washer and a heat pump dryer.

Master bedroom at front of house with queen bed and beautiful ensuite, hairdryer available.
Bedroom 2 is off the hallway with queen sized bed.
Bedroom 3 is also off the hallway with 4 single beds (2 bunk beds)
Main bathroom is in between these two bedrooms and has both bath and shower.
Guest access
All areas except the garage. Parking for 2 cars in the driveway.
