LOCATION:
Jamaica Royale Condominiums is set directly on the Gulf of America along Siesta Key Beach — consistently ranked one of the top 10 beaches in the world. The property sits on a quiet private lane with no through traffic, making it especially safe and easy for families with children. The “free trolley” stop is right outside the entrance lets you explore the Key without a car. Tennis courts and a large playground are less than half a mile away at Siesta Key Public Beach, and the Stickney Point Road intersection is just 1.1 miles away.

GOOD TO KNOW:
Check-in is targeted for 3 PM. On request, an ozone generator can be run before your arrival to sanitize the unit — this extends prep time by about 2 hours. A brand-new digital entry code is created for each guest stay, so there are no keys to worry about.

Only a short walk to the powdery soft sands of the Key’s famed quartz beach. René has thought of everything- beach toys, stroller, umbrella, games- the condo was full of unexpected surprises which made our stay considerably more comfortable than the average VRBO. In addition, she texted with us throughout the trip, offering any assistance we might’ve needed. The furniture and appliances were new and in good working condition. Trolly outside the complex is free and goes everywhere on the island. Condo is connected to a bank of units that stretches toward the beach and I particularly liked that these were all ground level (not a many-storied bldg). Our visit (June), the condo club was uncrowded. Sat outside on the patio with coffee in the early morning surrounded by palm trees and birdsong. Wondered why the place even had pools with a beach like that but they are there. The outstanding feature of the stay was the welcome and care we received from our gracious host. Well worth the and would love to return.

My family and I have stayed in many, many VRBOs and this was truly one of the BEST. This condo was stocked with everything that you could possibly need to go to the beach, including the wagon, shovels, toys, umbrellas and coolers. The host even provided beach and bath towels, and provided extra tips to make our stay more enjoyable. We even received a lovely gift when we arrived! Truly if I could rate it higher, I would. Rene is an OUTSTANDING host!

Amazing vacation

The location was close to the beach and the kids also had fun taking the very short walk to the trolley and taking a ride to the village shops. Rene was a wonderful host - quick responses and so great. The VRBO was recently renovated and she thought of everything we might need. We had family staying in other places in Jamaica royale and I felt like our place was the best!

It was a very nice stay. The construction was a bit much but couldn’t be helped. All the extras there were very nice like already having coffee in the cabinet and the britta for the water. Rene was extremely helpful and kind thanks for dinner when the water was turned off.

October 23 Siesta Key Getaway

I grew up in upstate New York near Rochester. My family and I moved to Sarasota in 2000 after living in various parts of Florida the past 20 years. One of the draws to Sarasota County was the Gulf of Mexico and the friendly locals. We have raised our two children here and enjoyed the beautiful environment that this area has provided for us.

Our goal is to keep this condominium in our family and hand it down to our children. Future generations of our family will care for it and enjoy it long after we're gone.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I have looked for a Siesta Key property for years. Being conservative investors, we wanted to buy something we could update and put our mark on. This unit gave us the perfect opportunity. The location of this development North of the Intracoastal Bridge and within walking distance of the public Siesta Key Beach was ideal. This development is very close to Siesta Key Village, as well. The atmosphere of the village is very welcoming and safe. It's a little town on this little island with quaint restaurants and shops. It offers a relaxing atmosphere for out of town guests and those of us who live here in Sarasota.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because the development had many amenities that families enjoy: not just one pool but three pools; beautiful tropical landscaping; a private beach area that isn't crowded all the time... We were tired of trying to park at the Siesta Key Public Beach and then carrying all of our beach equipment with small children. Now, we have this property to enjoy for many years to come.
