• Bicycle storage - We provide in-building storage for bicycles & charging facilities for e-bikes.
• City parking - Available at $2/hr with a 3-hour parking limit with the first hour free. Fees apply weekdays from 8AM to 5PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 1PM. Parking is free outside and unrestricted outside of these times.
• Free all-day parking - In addition to the free parking periods in the city, free all-day parking is available at the CBD periphery.
• Stairs - This apartment is located on the first floor of the building with stair only access.
• Noise in the area - Properties in the central city may experience some evening or weekend noise from nightlife or general city activity. The apartment is well insulated and double-glazed for your comfort.

What a great apartment in Nelson. Loved our stay in every way. Location was perfect and the apartment was comfortable and the top deck a highlight - we will be back
We visited Nelson for 5 days and were impressed with this fully furnished apartment with a wonderful rooftop terrace right in the city centre. A couple of essentials were missing from the kitchen but our request for replacement was met quickly and efficiently.
