Summary:
Welcome to Bonavive.
A beautiful holiday home tucked away in a quiet location with only a short walk to the Port Elliot main street where you will find everything you will need and more to complete your next getaway.
Only a short drive to Horseshoe Bay where you can swim, jetty jump, enjoy a stroll with the family and much more!
The Space:
As soon as you walk into the home you will feel relaxed and automatically feel like you are on holidays.
The property lay out is below:
As you enter into the home you will walk into the main lounge room. This room has plenty of seating areas, a large TV which you can access Netflix and Stan. There is also lots of board games and even books.
The main bedroom is also at the front of the home which has a queen size bed, walk in robe and a nice modern ensuite leading off this bedroom. With a shower, basin and toilet, there is also a porta cot in the wardrobe for guest use.
Walk through the home and enter into the open plan kitchen and dining area.
Kitchen has electric cooking, dishwasher, double sink, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, plenty of cutlery, wine glasses, platters, island bench with bar stools and much more. The owners have gone all out to make sure you have it all!
Dining area with a table and chairs to seat eight people. Second TV mounted on the wall. Split system heating and cooling in this area also.
Leading off the hall way you have got two more bedrooms.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and built in robes.
Bedroom three has x2 lots of single bunk beds.
Main Bathroom with separate vanity and toilet. Shower and a separate bath.
Separate laundry with an external door leading out onto the deck.
Washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board available for use.
Outdoor entertaining area leading off the back of the home.
Nice size deck with outside table and chairs, BBQ Webber – what a lovely area to outlook onto the grass area which is a perfect space for the children to run around and play.
Outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach.
Off street parking available at the front of the property
