Dunsford House is an accessible accommodation service specifically designed for people with disability and their families. The property offers widened doorways for accessibility, access rails and ramps throughout, disability-friendly bathrooms, and a hospital bed and lifter for those with high physical support needs.

This property features a spacious modern open plan living and kitchen area, five bedrooms (sleeping up to 11 people) and a beautiful outdoor entertaining space.

Assistance and Guide dogs are welcome, but no other pets or animals.

This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property. We recommend that you bring with you everything you need for the enjoyment of your holiday including toilet paper.
Mattress protectors, quilts and quilt covers, pillows and pillow protectors are provided, but you are required to bring your own bedsheets, pillow cases, towels, bath mats and tea towels.
If you wish to hire linen, please contact our office and we will be happy to arrange this for you. The linen company requires a minimum of 3 days notification prior to your arrival to coordinate your hired linen, which will be delivered to the property prior to your arrival. Please note we do not offer a bed making service.
Each pack contains the following items and can be ordered to suit bedding configuration and guest numbers: Top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, bath towel, hand towel, bathmat, face washer and T-towel.

A security bond of $500 will be charged and is refundable after your stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We take my sister who is a Minda resident for an annual short stay at Dunsford House wich we enjoyed. In general it was much the same as previously although we noted a small number of minor shortcomings/changes .We were unable to find replacement rubbish bags for the kitchen or bathroom, there were no paper towels in either the kitchen or bathroom and we decided not to use the main oven as it wasnt clean.Again these items were minor and inconvenient as previously they were provided.My sister loves her visits.RegardsPaul
