This studio is very unique and quaint. Enjoy stunning views on your private patio, forest-like setting, light and bright studio. Close to freeways, shopping, food, downtown and beaches. Yet enjoy your private home away from city sounds. My place is close to SDSU, freeways, Grossmont Hospital, downtown, beaches, shopping and dining - yet a very secluded private backyard in a forest setting. Views of Mount Helix, private patio. All new construction, granite, marble. Comfortable memory foam bed. Full kitchen and laundry room. Clean, light and bright.

Hi everyone, I am excited to host my wonderful home to guests. I work full time as a educator and love my job and work with students. My children are in college or about to go to college and this is why I have decided to list my home (their rooms). I am open to host international students during the school year. If you are interested, contact me. I love San Diego and you will love it too. There is so much to do.
Why they chose this property
This one bedroom studio on the property of my home was a year long construction project and just completed December 2016. Everything is brand new, granite countertops, marble floorings, window, paint and furniture. Perfect for business travelers, couples, families and those with good pets to enjoy the private backyard. Views of Mount Helix from the patio. Twenty minutes from all of San Diego activities including beaches, downtown, and more.
What makes this property unique
Private backyard, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, full laundry room. This is better than a hotel room. You are in an unincorporated area of San Diego County so you also avoid high hotel taxes.
