This stylish place to stay is perfect for enjoying the best of both worlds. Located only 45min from central Wellington you can enjoy all that the country surroundings have to offer and still have easy access to the city.
Awesomely set up house with views to the mountain tops of the South Island, games room with darts and pool table, and an environment ready to explore.
House is in a rural setting with lots of space for exploring and is surrounded by many outdoor options. 5 minutes drive south is the Wainuiomata beach for fishing, river swimming, and seal colony. The Baring Head regional park for biking, walking, lighthouse, and lakes. 2 minutes drive north is the Remutaka forest park for great tramping options. Wainuiomata golf club is 10 minutes drive back up the road and Wainuiomata township is 20 minutes away, and Wellington city center is 45 minutes drive away.
The space
This house is surrounded by bush with great views over the valley. The three bedrooms have new king size beds and slider doors onto the deck. The games room has a fold out couch and a king single bed for any extras.
It is a gravel driveway up to house, for easy access an AWD vehicle is needed.
