Ocean Blue is perfectly situated in the second row Garden City Retreat complex. This raised beach home is steps away from the community pool (open year round from 9am to 8pm), and a short 1 minute stroll to the beach! Inside you will find a tastefully decorated interior, that will accommodate 8 guests. The open main level is perfect for entertaining. A large sectional couch provides a great landing spot after a long day playing in the surf. All three bedrooms are located upstairs, on the top level. Here you will also find 2 full bathrooms and the laundry room. For families who don't want to leave their four-legged family members behind, Ocean Blue is a small dog friendly property! Sorry, no smoking allowed.
