For our family this was an ideal location with a dock for our boat on Cotuit Bay.The house is very nice, in good condition with a great floorplan. Having an office was also a plus.The grounds could use some work, and we had to clean up the dock and shed areas.I would rent this property again. We were overall very happy and had a great week!

Beautiful house in a great location. Perfect for family celebrating my nieces graduation! My only complaint is a hole in the ground, right as you step off of the deck. I actually twisted my ankle, so please be careful!

Place was nice but had an ant problem. They where in the process of treating it and caused a lot of dead ants to appear. Other than that great spot.

Cape Cod is a giant sandbar, so ants are a common problem all along the Cape. We had an exterminator address the situation right before your stay and sent a housekeeper afterward to manage the cleanup of any dead ants. Little river

Beautiful house with a fantastic location. We did find dog hair all over the house and there was a circuit out in the office room so no power in that room and also the guest bath across the hall had no power.Hopefully these issues will be taken care of, we enjoyed our time there and would like to return.

Thank you for sharing this review. We have shared with our housekeeper about the hair in the house. Although it is a pet friendly property, we strive to have it ready for the next guests. A circuit was tripped for the office and bathroom and that was fixed. As a reminder, we encourage guests to reach out to us with discoveries as both have been rectified. We hope to see you again!

The house and location were very nice - I did not like that the property manager requires you to either pay to rent sheets and towels or bring your own - to me, that's not the way you should operate a rental house. I almost cancelled for that reason.

Beautiful house, stunning views

Pros:Our stay at this house was very comfortable for eight adults. Luxurious home with beautiful views of the bay. Well-equipped kitchen, nice beds. Cons:Linens not provided. The shower head in the garage bathroom was akin to an outdoor faucet. We reported a tripped breaker that resulted in no Internet but never heard from host. Overall, very nice house. Come

House is in a beautiful location. The dock and views are fabulous. The property manager was very communicative. The only downsides of the house are that the appliances are definitely in need of repair and/or updating. The fridge door had to be duct taped shut, the vacuum did not work, nor did some of the dryer features and one of the stove burners. Also, the upstairs toilet overflowed with the first flush so we were without a toilet 3 nights of our 5 night stay. That said, the manager did respond right away and even came to help clean up.
