We are scuba divers and rented El Nido for three days. The location close to the beach is great. The picture is actually not from the street but from an arroyo. It was very hot while we were there. Due to limited power, the air conditioning was only available between 10 PM and 6 AM. The place got very hot during the day. Also, there is an abundance of insects and mosquitos which makes sitting outside a challenge. The property manager Danny was great, gave us a lot of tips, and was very responsive.
