New 7-bedroom luxury chalet (built in 2023) for up to 14 guests. The chalets is 5,000 square feet and features 7 bedrooms with 6 of the bedrooms having their own full ensuite washroom (6 1/2 washrooms total). Upstairs has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with 70" flat screen Smart HD TV and a large deck with beautiful views of the mountain. The loft area comes with another complete living room, smart TV, ping pong games room with views of the Georgian Bay. The main floor has 4 bedrooms and a walk out deck to an outdoor 6-person hot tub. The remaining 3 bedrooms are located in the basement with 9-foot ceilings. The chalet is walking distance to Blue Mountain Resort. EV charger available. No pets allowed.

Guests Must be 25 years of age in order to book this chalet
- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaw in place by the town of Blue Mountain;
- Guests must fill out a renter's agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all house rules;
- Guests can park up to 7 vehicles in the driveway - no additional street parking; and
- Hot tub use not permitted after 11:00PM.
