Bush to Beach Getaway

A newly built home set on a private and peaceful property amongst the gum trees.

Just a short walk to Squeaking Point Beach, a 5 minute drive to Hawley Beach, Freers Beach and the local shops.

You will be staying on small acreage amongst the gum trees and the local wildlife. The property is surrounded by other semi-rural properties and backs onto the local reserve. You will have access to surrounding walking and bike tracks for your enjoyment.
The space
Experience the comfort of our newly built, self-contained 2-bedroom holiday home, complete with reverse cycle heating and air conditioning.

Enjoy modern amenities, all new furnishings, fast WiFi and complimentary Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom/laundry has everything you need for your stay.

In the evenings, delight in the sight of pademelons grazing right in front of you, playful rabbits darting around and enjoy being surrounded by impressive birdlife throughout the day.

Please Note:
Bedroom 1 has hanging space for clothing and shelving to sit clothes. No wardrobe or closet.
Bedroom 2 has shelving only for clothes, no wardrobe or closet.
Guest access
Upon entering through the private gate, you'll have exclusive access to the entire home (excluding the garage).

Ample off-street parking is available for your car and trailer if needed.

Kindly be aware that the parking area is under security camera surveillance.

From the moment you walk in the door, it is evident that the hosts have put a lot of thought into making their guests stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is modern and stylish and has everything you need. It has a great bush outlook and it is a short walk to the beach along popular local walking trails.

DON'T MISS THIS ONE!!!

If I could give this one 10 stars, I would!!! Why? Because the house itself is a 5 star property, with clean, modern decor, spacious areas throughout, all services included, great shower and comfortable bed. The area around the house was quiet and peaceful, and featured pademelon feeding at dusk. Saying that, it is only 10 minutes drive to Port Sorell, with a selection of eateries and the local supermarket. The information provided was 10/10, with clear instructions on how to get there, and once we arrived, the information booklet in the house was well prepared and listed everything we needed to know. But the reason we give this such a high rating is all the little details that have gone into this property, taking this from 5 stars to 10. From the welcome snack box, to condiments in the cupboards, to games in the lounge, to Netflix, to bath robes, to the ultra-soft rugs and throws and the pademelon food (sorry if I forgot something, there were so many extras)! It just made this listing feel like it was not just a holiday house, but a warm and cosy home. We have stayed in hundreds (if not thousands) of holiday places all around the world, and we would list this as one of the best! We are probably doing ourselves a disservice, because as people discover this little gem it probably will not be available for us next time we wish to book it!
