The bedroom has a queen bed and mirrored built-ins, the bathroom is ultra-sleek, and it comes complete with an internal laundry with a washer and dryer, herringbone timber flooring, ducted air conditioning and lift access from the street and secure covered parking space. Take the lift up to the rooftop where there’s a beautifully landscaped garden with seating and a barbecue, it’s a fabulous space to chill out and breath in a spectacular 360-degree panorama of the cityscape, Mount Wellington and the majestic River Derwent as well as mesmerising big sky sunsets and night lights.
Managed by a specialist Airbnb company, it is professionally cleaned after each guest vacates and all sheets and bedding is maintained by a contract linen supplier.

The Neighborhood:
It’s the ideal location to get a true taste of Hobart with Hobart’s CBD attractions only a six minute stroll down the road and North Hobart’s shopping and sizzling hotpot of trendy cafes and restaurants (where the locals play) less than a five minute stroll up the street. There’s a regular bus that runs down the street to the city, but it’s an easy level wander to the CBD’s historic buildings, galleries, eateries and wine bars as well as the riverside where you’ll find the iconic Constitution Dock, Hobart Wharf where the ferry to MONA leaves and the Salamanca Markets precinct renowned for its fine-dining restaurants and vibrant hotspots. No trip to Hobart is complete without a short drive up to kunanyi (Mount Wellington) where you can get a taste of the Tassie wilderness and enjoy simply breathtaking panoramas over the city and the mighty Derwent River snaking its way towards the coast.
Getting Around:
The apartment is in the heart of the city so you can walk to many attractions, however we also recommend exploring beautiful Southern Tasmania by car.
