Century One- Condo with Ocean Views & Outdoor Pool!
Two balconies! Beautiful unit with a great split level floor plan. Relaxing is easy in the first-floor private primary suite with floor to ceiling windows. Head upstairs to the main living area and enjoy the incredible view from the private ocean front balcony. Prepare meals in the well-appointed kitchen and gather at the dining table with seating for 6 or in the comfortable living area. Enjoy a nightcap on the second bedroom balcony. Another full bathroom is located right outside the bedroom door. A beach day is literally steps away! The Century I building offers an indoor pool and is only a short walk to many fantastic Ocean City restaurants and family entertainment.
Additional Fees: A $50 Parking Fee is required at check-in and payable to Century One upon registration.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Century One building is under construction beginning Labor Day 2025 through Memorial Day 2026. This unit will be significantly affected by the construction.
