Sliding doors connect the main bedroom with the internal courtyard and kitchen and living areas.

All of the guest bedrooms and bathrooms flow off the central corridor with full height doors.

Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and wardrobe with sliding windows and blackout blinds.

Bedroom 3 and 4 have super king beds that can be unzipped to two single beds and the same features as above.

Guest bathroom consists of walk in shower that can be accessed from the outside and a seperate powder room.

Settle in for a movie in the media room with 4 large beanbags. A 50" Samsung TV with Bose soundbar and sub gives you cinema like experience and a Sonos move is available for music listening. The external door opens out to the pea gravel path and grassed area.

Relax in the living room space on the inviting linen sofa or the restored mid century armchairs. In the winter months keep cosy with the warmington wood stove.

A white oak dining table can comfortably accomodate all 8 guests and is the center of the open plan living space.

A fully equipped kitchen features F&P appliances including fridge, dishwasher and 90cm freestanding gas range. The walk in scullery contains appliances such as nespresso machine , kettle, toaster and microwave and the pantry. Kitchen island has seating for two.

Open the large doors on the southern side of the kitchen and enjoy your coffee as the morning sun streams into the beautifully landscaped internal courtyard.

On the northern side the covered outdoor space offers an additional dining option that accommodates all guests. BBQ on the weber or light the fire and relax and enjoy your summer evenings.

Laundry is equipped with washer and dryer and ecostore products are provided throughout the house.

Garage has space for two cars and there is plenty of parking on the driveway or on the street.

Linen will be provided and is included in the cleaning fee.
