Welcome to our newly constructed haven in the heart of Bonita Springs, Florida, nestled in the desirable west of 41 neighborhood, El Dorado Acres. This meticulously designed home seamlessly blends casual elegance with modern comfort, offering the perfect retreat for families, groups of friends seeking a getaway, or locals hosting out-of-town guests.

The open-concept living spaces, including the den, kitchen, and family room, create an inviting atmosphere for relaxation and connection. Every detail, from appliances to fixtures and furniture, has been carefully curated to enhance each corner of the home, ensuring a memorable stay for our guests.

Embrace culinary adventures with multiple cooking and dining options. The fully equipped, brand-new kitchen boasts top-of-the-line appliances, a spacious island with four stylish bar stools, a dishwasher, and sink illuminated by exquisite pendant lights. Step outside to discover a gas grill with a large hood and fridge, offering a delightful outdoor cooking experience that is just steps away from the outdoor dining table to easily plate and serve your meals.

Discover blissful repose in the thoughtfully appointed bedrooms. The main bedroom (#1) features a luxurious King bed, custom closets with built ins and it takes up the entire right side of our home. Bedrooms #2 and #3 offer comfort with a Queen bed each. The second full-sized bathroom conveniently serves both bedroom #2 and #3, ensuring ease and privacy for all guests. The fourth bedroom, #4 ,which functions as a den during the day, has a sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep 2 people, make sure to look in the photos to see the sofa bed pulled out. The home has 5 smart TVS throughout for your entertainment pleasure. Additionally 5 bikes are parked inside the garage exclusively for guests staying at our house to use. There is a wi safe safe to store valuables located inside the home for guest use as well.

Situated in Bonita Springs and in the coveted west of 41 area, our home is just minutes away from the Coconut Point Mall, inviting you to indulge in retail therapy and culinary delights. For a touch of luxury, the Coconut Point Hyatt, with its day passes to incredible amenities, is within easy reach. Golf enthusiasts can tee off at Saltleaf Preserve's public golfing facilities, adding to the array of nearby attractions. There are panoramic views of the golf course from the back of our home and from the pool deck.

Pet Policy – Dogs Only (Non-Shedding Breeds)
Only 1 or 2 Non-Shedding, hypoallergenic dogs are permitted in this pet-friendly home. Cats and all other animals are strictly prohibited, including birds, reptiles, rodents, and exotic pets.

To give our guests flexibility and peace of mind, we offer two ways to cover accidental damage during your stay. Choose either a $50 non-refundable damage fee or a $1,000 refundable hold. This payment is collected after booking and before check-in.

Important Details:

The pool at this home is heated to 85 degrees when appropriate. The temperature of the pool can fluctuate depending on local weather conditions. The pool faces west.

There are 5 TV's in the home and each one is a smart TV - there is no cable TV in the home. There is a 50 Amp, 4 pronged outlet in the left side of the garage that can connect to the charger for an EV vehicle. Guests will need to bring their adapter to plug in their vehicle.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Bonita Springs is a large metro area. This property is about a 30 minute drive to the Fort Myers Int'l Airport.

This is a self check in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation and your code is only active during your times of your reservation and we can accommodate early and late check outs upon request, if available. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and 2 weeks prior to arrival.
