This property was just the right amount of charming without feeling formal. It was beautiful yet comfortable and accessible. The set up had everything you would need to get through your stay without any inconveniences. The location is also ideal! We couldn’t have loved this property more!

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood located 1/2 way between Orleans and Chatham. The management team made it very easy to book, access and utilize, and we would definitely come back to this little gem!

The house was immaculate. the cleaning staff gets 5 stars.My family joined us, so there were seven of us and plenty of room for everyone. The fire pit was great.easy drive to supermarket and beach.It was just perfect.

Just as described and immaculate. Quiet and lovely location. Easy to get to places. Everything you need is right there including grill cleaner! 7 adults and we were all comfortable with the space and amenities. We have already rebooked another home for a smaller group for next June with Del Mar, but I will also return to this one again in future. Just felt like home.

Great house - perfect location

Enjoyed our labor day weekend stay. The house was perfect-clean and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was very nice and fun to take a walk with our dog. Lots of turkeys in the neighborhood! Harwich is a pretty town. Loved Jackknife Covet to let our dog run on the beach.

The setup was perfect for us. However there were issues with the property. There was a dirty rag left on the chair on the front porch and behind the upstairs toilet. There is a bee problem outside (swarm you at the door/in the driveway). There were ants and beetles crawling around inside. The coffee table had a screw missing for one of the legs and the leg fell over on my dog (at least it wasnt the baby). Half the beds were reallt comfortable. The other half were not sleepable. No dealbreakers but definitely some areas that need improvement. But, overall not a good value given the cost.
