Few blocks for groceries. Nice restaurants and boutiques in walking distance. Easy access in and out for your car. Nice view of harbor and Queen Mary. The apartment was beautifully decorated and very spacious!
Waking distance to marathon start line and tons of shops, restaurants, and the beach. Beautiful ocean, port, and city views!

Space was not child friendly. Windows (that my 8 year old could open) to a 10 story drop were not secured. Had to cancel and find another location. Host did communicate and work to resolve but this space is not suitable for kids.
Such a cute little apartment we were so close to the festival we attended and Ken was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay even checked in on us to see if we needed anything more! Will be back again!

Thanks for your review Priscilla, Happy Holidays to you and your family!
The host was extremely accommodating, quick to provide us with service, and answered questions promptly. The space was charming. The only opportunity for improvement would be to have a full length mirror in the bedroom and another in the living room. There were 4 women staying and only a very small bathroom/bathroom mirror to use. Otherwise, everything was exactly as the photos show. Excellent location nearby the conference center.
Stayed her for several days during my daughters sports tournament. Super nice and secure property. Amazing views and location can’t be beat if you need to be at the convention center.
The condo had been renovated and was in a great location. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very serviceable. If important the building had great security.
We stayed here for 4 nights, starting our road trip along the pacific coast highway. The apartment is fully equipped, clean and has a nice view on the Queen Mary.
We enjoyed the stay and would book the apatment next time again.
Thanks to Ken for the organisation without any problems.
Here for a conference and this place was perfect location and distance from the convention center (only about a 5 minute walk!). Amazing view of the sunrise over the ocean and close to a bunch of restaurants and grocery store. The place itself was very clean and exactly like the pictures. Kitchen was large and open, with great appliances and gas stove. The aqua theme was a cute touch. Would highly recommend for anyone staying in the area!
The view was definitely worth it. The location couldn't have been better! Very close to grocery stores, restaurants, the ocean, the aquarium and the walk around Shoreline Village and Parker Lighthouse and breweries. Who needs more??

Dear Penny
It was our pleasure to have you stay at our place. You left the room looking great. That’s highly appreciated.
I look forward to getting you to come back and stay again in near future.
Have a nice day
This spot is perfect for downtown! I mean it is noisy from the street but it has some original widows too! It was beautiful. We loved our stay and would definitely come again. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it was lacking in towels, I’m so glad I brought my own. Zero towels in the kitchen.

I have been attending the Long Beach Grand Prix every year for the past eight or nine years and have stayed at various hotels and properties throughout the city. This property was a very clean very good location. There is a moderate amount of city type noise at night as you would expect cars, buses, ambulance, etc. but nothing excessive. It was definitely acceptable for a city type setting. The property was extremely clean, impeccable and many amenities. The owner made himself available to explain any questions or concerns. Would definitely book this property again and again in the future.
Thank you.
The Check-in process was a bit cumbersome, but after the host assisted the first time, accessing the condo was easy. I couldn't rate this stay a 5-star stay, as we dealt with a leaky hose under the kitchen sink and a leaky espresso machine. While this was very frustrating to experience, the host did a superb job in communicating with me about the issues. The location was perfect for walking downtown and to the beach, you just have to be OK with city noises. A grocery store is conveniently located blocks away, making food prep easy. There were limited items in the kitchen for cooking, so if you plan to cook during your stay be aware of that.
The condo was lovely and in an excellent location with a stellar view. Nearly everything was controlled by a remote, fob, code or electronic pass, which at first was somewhat confusing. We live a simpler life in a more rural environment where excessive security and electronics aren't nearly as predominant. We nearly had a heart attack after we left the condo for the final time. We got to the security door for the parking garage and realized that when we had left all the various fobs and cards, etc we didn't have the parking garage pass to get into the building or exit the lot with our rental car. Very fortunately, after walking all the way around to the drive in entrance we found out that everything is left open on Sunday's. But overall a very nice place in a beautiful historic building
My 22-year-old daughter and I spent four nights in this amazing condo. It's 20 minutes to the aquarium walking and close to great restaurants and in the arts district. My daughter spent two days going through all of the thrift and art stores and attended a huge Flea market. The quaint coffee shops and good dining appealed to me. We had an amazing dinner on the Queen Mary which you can see from the front windows. It was fine dining and spookiness together. If you go after 6 PM it's only $10 per person and a tour is not required so you can walk around the ship on your own and look around.
The condo itself is exactly as the pictures indicate. She was able to have her personal space by shutting the doors to the front living area and pulling down the blinds. I had the back bedroom. The kitchen was everything we needed. The owner is very responsive. Previous renter had removed the blow dryer and he brought me one immediately. The building in which the condo is housed is historic. Don't forget to check out the sitting area with the piano which is right past the elevators into the left. We almost overlooked it.

The worst check in experience EVER
I'll start with the bad since that's how our trip started with the check in process. I tried to get a hold of the host to see if parking was available as its listed and noticed I still hadn't received my check in instructions and it was 20 minute past the check in time. About 45 minutes goes by and I am struggling trying to find parking and in downtown Long Beach you'll see there is 2 hour parking and zero overnight parking available. I was extremely upset and had to negotiate a parking deal with the Best Western around the corner because the host never got back to me. Best Western charged me $100 to park for the weekend and then I made my way back to the VRBO. I didn't have the passcode still due to NO communication from the host and had to ask the front desk to please help me. The front desk was able to FINALLY get a hold of the host and after about an hour and a half AFTER check-in time I finally got my instructions and code. UNREAL! We missed our dinner reservation because of this huge mess-up and the host said " we do have parking on site btw, sorry, I can refund you $25.".REALLY??? Best Western said sorry no refunds. His excuse was that I never sent over the registration form (when I did) and even IF I didn't, why didnt you followup with me prior to my trip to let me know I wasnt going to be able to get into the place? UNPROFESSIONAL! The place is darling and worth the money but this entire experience day one was so awful. Still never got my money back as promised :(
Ken Do will personally be at the property to welcome you in and show you all the amenities within the building as well as answer any questions you may.
