What a beautiful house!

Great place to stay

The house was perfect. We had a great time close to everything we wanted to do. The pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing in after dinner . We had 6 people and we never felt crowded at all . Would recommend this vacation company and house to anyone .

We loved this property!

There were 10 of us all together, and the house, supplies and property was spectacular! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and easily accommodated one family member who needed a shower chair. The only recommendation I have is that we could have used one more railing on the steps going to the dock. Old people like to hold on when usin steps!

An incredible week in an amazing property

We have rented multiple houses for our family (2 adults and 5 children aged 11 to 17), but this was easily the best house we've ever rented. From the arrival - thoughtfully staged with soft lights and a television playing a slideshow of beautiful landscapes with soft piano - we knew that this house and our experience were going to be something special. The house was immaculately clean - new construction to be sure - and the amenities were equally well kept. Each bedroom was spacious, well-appointed, and convenient. Most had ensuite bathrooms. Serenity is the word that comes to mind. We were at peace the entire stay and not once did we wish that something was better or cleaner or designed differently. This is a true gem of a house! Importantly for us to note - our son (17) uses a wheelchair. While the house is not specifically ADA accessible, the house was among the most accessible properties we've stayed at. The door threshold from the garage into the laundry room / main foyer has a 3-4" lip (easy to traverse). All doorways were wide. The showers all had a minimum threshold (around or less than 1"), allowing easy roll-in/roll-out access. The back doorwall slides open and allows easy access to the outdoor seating and pool. Do not hesitate to rent this property; you and your family will enjoy every minute!

Great heated pool and full wall of slide doors open up the kitchen and living room to the enclosed pool area. Great seating on upper and lower deck, fishing and covered tiki style on the lower deck. Amazing bathrooms and spacious bedrooms. Every cooking utensil we needed and outdoor kitchen topped off the experience of living outdoors for the week. Very clean and very modern decor.

Beautiful place! We rented as a get-together for our family. Everything was great. Plenty of room; it was so nice having 3 ensuite bathrooms. Plenty of kitchen dishes and seating. The kids fished from dock and caught several fish and even a blue crab. The 2 kayaks were fun. Although we didn’t use, I noticed there was a baby high chair & pack-n-play. Plenty of towels and pool towels. The pool stayed at a nice 88 degrees and hot tub heated up very quick. We stayed a week and enjoyed every minute. Hope to return!
