Conveniently situated near the town, this home boasts a back yard deck, a charming front veranda, and a wood-burning fireplace within its open-plan living space.

With a spacious open-plan living area, modern kitchen, and comfortable lounge, you'll feel right at home.

Relax on the Front veranda and enjoy the stunning surroundings. Take the kids to the nearby park, explore the historic ruins at Trial Bay Gaol, or simply unwind on the lovely outdoor deck enjoying a BBQ. Take a leisurely stroll to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Really good house but

Hillsborough Cottage is a really good holiday house with great space and tastefully renovated but let down by the fact it was quite grubby. Just needs a good deep clean! It would also benefit from aircon on hotter days

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Was a great location, and a great home. Only fault was no air conditioning made it uncomfortably hot. Would be perfect on cooler months.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointing. The house was not clean, there were dead insects all over the walls and floor. It stank of pesticide. Cobwebs in the bedrooms. Fly-screens that were broken and let in mosquitoes. No bin liners. No coffee table to go with the admittedly comfortable seating. No linen, despite the hefty price tag. No wifi either. And just a remnant toilet roll, no refills. Otherwise the place was pleasant enough and in a nice location, the outlook from the back deck sweet despite the plastic grass.The narrow occupation window, check-in from 3.00pm Friday, despite that we paid for a full day, and check-out at 9.00am, seemed extortionate. Perhaps the cleaners were on their way?
