Combining gorgeous character details with light, spacious interiors and a picturesque balcony capturing views of the ocean, enjoy air conditioning throughout plus close proximity to public transport, should you want to take a 30-minute bus ride to Adelaide's CBD.
Arriving at this property you will instantly be enamoured by its charm. Stepping inside, the main living room features high, ornate ceilings with French doors opening to the outdoors. The whole space has beautiful air flow and natural light, creating a year-round retreat for guests. There is comfortable sofa seating, plenty of books and a central TV with Netflix for your evening entertainment. A dining table encourages guests to whip up a meal at home, making use of the full kitchen.

Sleep easy within the king-sized bedroom, immaculately presented with a walk-in wardrobe for your belongings, a dedicated study area for those on a working holiday, and another balcony capturing ocean views. A porta cot can also be provided upon request. The ensuite highlights a spacious shower making it easy to refresh after a day at sea. Guests will also have access to laundry facilities including a washing machine and basin, ideal for longer stays.

The separate, self-contained studio offers a queen bed. Open the balcony doors and make your way outside to enjoy a morning coffee, taking in glimpses of the ocean. Comfy chairs offer space to indulge in a spot of TV, while a kitchenette features a microwave and bar fridge to whip up a quick bite to eat before hitting the beach. Parking is available on the driveway for one car, plus ample free street parking.
