Great location, short walks to river one side and beach the other and shops and restaurants. 2-3 min walk to the Aquarium. Great place for kids there's a big grassed area downstairs. We didn't use the pool as we went in Winter but it looked good. Felt safe and secure and the beds were comfy even the kid's beds.
