This charming holiday villa is located right on the Southeast Area, one of the best and most desirable residential areas of Cape Coral.
It's only about 10 sec. on a canal to the Caloosahatchee River by boat and pleasure craft in the Gulf of Mexico.
From the relaxing open living area kitchen and living room you can enjoy views of the canal.
Two bedrooms with two separate bathrooms make the holiday for families up to 6 people pleasant , from a fully equipped kitchen you can take a leisurely drink or even a snack so you can enjoy your meal in a cozy atmosphere. The lanai is perfect to just seat and relax or to have a BBQ with family members or friends.
Close to Grocery stores and easy to Cape Coral Pkwy access to get in and out

Screened in patio was wonderful for sitting and having my coffee every morning! You can walk to almost anything you need. This was my second stay at this house and coming back again next year....I think that says it all !!

Let me start by saying I would return if this was available again. But, renters should be aware it's not as amazing as it looks. Decor is updated but the house has some areas needing repair (damaged wood work, broken ceiling fans) The advertised Tiki Hut is not in shape to entertain people in, but we weren't planning on that anyway. We had a couple major issues when we checked in and they were resolved within 24 hours. Location is great for walking to stores, restaurants, and driving to and from. There is quite a bit of traffic noise from the road across the canal, but it's easy to ignore.

,I did not stay there, but they still charged my account I was looking for a place to stay while my condo was being worked on, Wednesday the 27th of March. for a stay the 29th thru the 5th of April after looking at all the options I tried to aquire the house in question, but no reply or anything, so I made other arrangements, then on Thurs the 28th I see my debit card is charged, which put my account in negative balance. I canceled on the 28th before the deadline which says 100% refund by the 28th, still no reply. I also emailed the Host with no communication frustrating made Please Help

The house was very nice and the location was great. Pretty much everything you need was in the House. 2 bed 2 bath with a pull out couch was great. If you are a boater then this may be for you as there is a dock on a canal with a boat rental down the street. Very happy with the stay and would rent again.

It’s a wonderful location. Walking distance to many places. Overall I had a good experience. T

The house was very clean and neat when we arrived. Found a few minor glitches and conveyed them to the owner who plans to put them right. He was very responsive to any requests we had. The location is in the older part of Cape Coral and very laid back. Found ourselves enjoying the screened in patio in the evening! Of course we had awesome weather which helped.

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral, as it was very clean, convenient, and had two full baths which made traveling with my brother more comfortable. A fully equipped kitchen included scissors, allowing me to cut an article out of the paper, and it was well organized. We also enjoyed sitting out on the screen porch. The house would have been more comfortable with curtains on the bedroom windows, which would have blocked both light and sound.

March Break Getaway.

Great house. Well equipped and close to the beaches. Very comfortable setting along the canal. Perfect for someone who has a boat. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
