The day before we were to arrive the host said the unit we had rented was no longer available but we could stay at one of their other rentals. The alternate rental was not ready when we arrived, it had no oven and the heat did not work consistently which was a problem in February in Niagra Fall Canada. The host did send someone over to fix the heat which only lasted a few hours. The area the alternate rental was located was not a very safe area. Will be requesting a refund of some of our money. Not sure if we will get any back
