There is stairs within the house so please be aware if you have young children, there is a permanent child gate attached to the stairs available for your use.

The upstairs of this home has not been renovated yet but very tidy and comfortable, it consists of the main living/kitchen area with the second deck looking out to the 15th green. The remaining three bedrooms accompanied by guest bathroom with seperate toilet and laundry room.
