Experience the perfect family getaway at our centrally located beach house. A quick 5-minute stroll takes you to the sun-kissed sands, while a health club right behind offers free access to indoor & outdoor pools, a gym, sauna, tennis court, and a restaurant. Our modern and spacious house is designed for maximum comfort, packed with extras to elevate your holiday experience. Enjoy privacy and tranquillity, just a short 4-minute drive or a 25-minute walk to town. Holiday in style!
The space
This bright modern home is full of all the creature comforts you would expect in a new home. There is a cupboard full of games for all ages. A table tennis table. Feel like a hit of tennis? We supply tennis racquets and balls so you can just walk next door and hit out some sets.

Don't forget staying in this home gives you full access to Broadbeach Health Club with all of its facilities ( just a two-minute walk ) Please check their website for operating hours

The home has four bedrooms. Master with a king bed, full ensuite, and walk-in robe. Bedroom 2 includes a queen size bed, Bedroom 3 a King single and single bed, Bedroom 4 has a set of single bunks

The house is fully air-conditioned for those warmer months as well as having ceiling fans in 3 of the bedrooms. For those cooler months, the house has ducted central heating.

The kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a storm including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, oven and hotplates, air fryer, electric frypan, microwave, sandwich maker, slow cooker and rice cooker.

Omg Michelle’s home away from home is perfect. A perfect size for two families, or in our case grandparents with our daughter’s family of two young children. We have used Stayz all over the world and she has thought of everything for both big and little people to be very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked. The deck great for happy hour. The home was spotless on arrival. Michelle always answered queries fast. Thank you Michelle for sharing your lovely holiday home and we will definitely be back.

This was a lovely property and was very well equipped. Michelle was extremely helpful and provided lots of info. Access to the Health Club & swimming pools next door was a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

Summer getaway

Great property with access to the health club - indoor heated pool and outdoor childrens/toddler pool. Tennis court also. An easy wal to the beach and an enjoyable walk along the foreshore to the town centre for coffee. Also a great bike path for the llittlies. Property is well equpped and also beach towles supplied. Great time was had by all. Hope to be able to have the opportunity to return.

We had the most beautiful stay! Michelle is an amazing host and so very accommodating. There was really nothing more we needed in a stay. Everyone was catered for and Michelle missed NOTHING! So many games, toys, things for the beach... we felt spoilt. 2 families would be suoer comfy. We will definitely be back asap! We wish we could give 10 stars! Thanks for everything, Michelle.

Why they chose this property

We love this location because of how close everything is. We are only minutes walk from the beach. We also love having access to the health centre and restaurant behind. As we are keen walkers, having the beach right there means, going for a nice stroll is very easy. Town is also a medium walk or quick drive. This spot is private and quiet while still being close to everything.

We have filled our property with extras to enhance your stay. Some extras include extra kitchen appliances like an air fryer, a ping pong table, various sports equipment and various games. The house is also close to everything you could need.
