A unique property that makes you feel at home as soon as you step inside. Enjoy the soothing water views and the tranquility of the stone cottage surrounded by speciality Tasmanian timbers. Watch Sea Eagles, gulls and other bird life hover and swoop at eye level over the cliffs of Spectacle Head. Things to update

For the coqt of this house i would expect a decent dishwasher that cleans the crockery. Towels in bathroom were smelly after one use . Needed updating with something a bit more luxe.Also water pressure in the shower was poor. I would rate bathroom only 3 out of 5. Also

The house is situated atop a cliff overlooking the bay and the surf break below. We love the relaxed lifestyle this location brings it's like everyday is a holiday!

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique not only in it's location overlooking the ocean but it is constructed from stone and features rare Tasmanian timbers throughout. You have the sea on one side and a beautiful, rambling coastal garden wrapping around the rest. With 3 balconies you can make the most of the outdoors whatever the weather.
