**The HOA has announced that the pool will be closed from September 25 2024 to the end of 2025 to work on the ocean facing facad of the building. 

Additionally, the HOA will be working on windows, painting and waterproofing from 1/13/25 - 4/30/25, so the views may be obstructed from the windows and the balconies may have minimal access.

Enjoyed every minute! Everything we needed was provided. The only challenge we had was finding enough cabinet space in the kitchen for dry good food items since the pantry was unavailable for our use. The up side to that was every appliance, dish, etc. we needed was provided in the full kitchen cabinets.
