Group of two families stayed for a fall break trip. Easy walking distance to downtown and we walked across the parking lot to the hot springs pools every day. View from the balcony was gorgeous. Condo isn’t fancy but had everything we needed including blender and lime squeezer for margaritas. Would stay here again
Our group had 8 people, we all had plenty of room and enjoyed being able to all stay together. We were able to drive up the road a short ways into Ouray and shop. We are definitely interested in booking these condos again when we come back!
The townhouse shares the parking lot with the hot springs and is the largest public parking spot in the town, so it fills up daily by 10 am. It is an uphill walk to the shops in town, but after a lovely dinner in the town, it's all downhill home! There is gorgeous scenery, trail heads within walking distance of the townhouse, and plenty to do for the whole family!
Beautiful view from the deck. There are many stairs to the bedrooms. I didn’t get to go to the hot springs, but they were very close.

Conveniently located
We came with another couple for the Imogene Race. The home is well stocked and cozy. It is clean. It's a little dated and the beds are not comfortable but very functional for a weekend stay. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and the hot springs are right there. The property manager went above and beyond to mail some lost items back to me.
My family loves being able to stay in one home on our vacations and feel more relaxed together. This place accommodated us. There were lots of steps and opportunities for the townhome to get some upgrades. Not all of the mattresses were very comfortable, one of the door locks wasn’t working. The property manager was very responsive when we needed sheets. The location was also great for accessing trails.
We had a very nice stay at this property. We traveled with my Sister-In-Law and her family, three kids total ranging from 7-15. The location was key for us as it was literally across the parking lot from the hot springs and within walking distance to everything we wanted in town. Parking was easy to find even in peak summer months.
It was very spacious and clean and overall we were happy with our stay. It had everything we needed. It was a very dated property, it could really use some updating. The beds and pillows were awfully uncomfortable and looked like they were about 30 years old. For the price of this property, there were some things I would have expected to be higher in quality. Beds at a minimum. But the couch was also not in good shape and the pillows had stains on them.
We enjoyed time with family, and the location of the condo was great. I did offer all of this feedback to the property manager and they mentioned they would work on improving some things.
