Enter a main living area with living room, dining area and kitchen. The living room has two comfortable sofas, a decorative fireplace (not for tenant use) and a large flat screen smart TV with Google TV and Neflix (plus stream additional content with your own accounts). The living room opens to the dining area with a table that seats six. A slider from the dining area leads to the deck.

Just off the dining area is the nicely equipped kitchen. The washer and dryer are conveniently located in the mud room adjacent to the kitchen. One of the home's three bedrooms is on the first floor. This bedroom has a queen bed and a ceiling fan. There is also a full bathroom with tub/shower on the first floor.

The other two bedrooms are on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twins. There is also a second full bathroom with tub/shower.

This property has central air conditioning.

The deck at the back of the house has a picnic table with umbrella and a gas grill. There is also an enclosed outdoor shower off the deck.

The house is situated on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
