This spacious home has a great room with vaulted ceiling and an adjacent fully-equipped kitchen and dining area with sliders to a rear deck. The first level also has a master bedroom with queen bed and sitting area as well as a full bath with tub and shower.

The second floor has a large loft area overlooking the living room with a full (double) futon sofa/bed. There are two bedrooms on the second floor, one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There is also a full bath with tub/shower on this floor.

All three bedrooms have window air conditioner units. Central air conditioning in the main living area on the first floor. There are oak hardwood floors throughout the house (except baths with ceramic tile floors).

Other comforts include cable, WIFI, enclosed outdoor shower (cold water only), first floor washer/dryer.

Close to Mass Audubon's Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary and the famous Wellfleet Drive-In! Short drive to Wellfleet Center and Harbor for restaurants, galleries and shops, bay and ocean beaches, freshwater ponds and Cape Cod National Seashore beaches, trails and sites.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover.
