This lovely 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is located on the Oceanside of Wellfleet, with quick access to Wellfleet’s freshwater Ponds and Beaches. On the first floor you will find a fully stocked kitchen open to the dining area – which will comfortably seat 8 people - a full bath and the primary bedroom with a Queen bed. The nicely furnished living room has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV with cable. Wander to the 2nd floor and you will find 2 good sized bedrooms – 1 with a Queen bed and the 2nd with 2 twin beds and a pull out sofa. Great amenities at this house include WIFI, A/C in the bedrooms, Enclosed Outdoor Shower, outdoor seating area overlooking the grassy green yard & garden! The property is in a great locations to beaches and amenities. Both the exterior and interior were well maintained. The house was very clean and ready for us to unpack and settle in with ease. Great vacation for all of us!!

Great House for 4-5 people

Nice house that is well located in Wellfleet. Perfect for a family of 4-5 people. House is modest, but above average for the area based on our experience.

Great compromise between price and location

Everyone coming to CC wants to be perched over the national seashore, and close to P town. This property was an affordable compromise for access to both. More perfect for 6 than 8, it was close to the beach, the highway, access to markets, and 20 miles from P Town. Secluded for those seeking quite, and adequate interior space, and comfort. Nice little deck, but outdoor enjoyment is spoiled by relentless mosquitoes. We would rent again.

great little place

Well maintained, good sized home. We were 3 couples (with 3 kids in total) and the place was the right size for us. Convenient location to Wellfleet and Beaches. It's on the quiet end of a small loop road with nice houses. There were some roaches in the kitchen and the tile floors needed to be mopped when got there, but overall we were very satisfied with the cleanliness, layout, location and vibe of the place.
